ABUJA —THE Arewa Youth Forum yesterday slammed the former Military Head of State and 2011 Presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change, CPC, General Muhammadu Buhari over his prediction of a bloody revolution if 2015 election is rigged. The youths in a statement described General Buhari’s outbursts as misguided, treasonable and uncalled for.

A commuter bus painted in Rivers State colour this morning exploded at Rumuokoro roundabout which is the gateway into Port Harcourt , the state capital, a usually busy place.
At least one person was confirmed dead, while three others who were seriously injured have been rushed to the University of Portb Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
An eyewitness told P.M.NEWS that the bus ran out of gas while two other persons were pushing it when the explosion occurred. The vehicle was seriously damaged.

NIGERIAN leaders, including President Goodluck Jonathan, state governors, and organised Labour yesterday mourned former President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Paschal Myeleri Bafyau, who died on Tuesday night in Abuja at 65.
There were however two accounts of his death yesterday. While a family source told The Guardian in Yola, the Adamawa State capital, that Bafyau died in a private hospital in Abuja from heart-related complications, another source said he suffered cardiac arrest in Abuja residence and died while being rushed to the National Hospital, Abuja.

The recent false report by the Hungarian TV2 concerning Nigerian citizens is worth commenting on; and the appropriate response by our representatives is commendable.
